Kim Hye-yoon joins Jang Na Ra in the SBS divorce-law drama when it returns November 20, 2026. Where you can watch depends on where you live.
Cha Eun-kyung has quit her firm, and she’s about to find out that being the boss is a lot harder than being the best. Good Partner Season 2 arrives on SBS on November 20, 2026, and the divorce lawyer is hiring someone who handles cases in a very different way from her.
The date, the format, the catch
The new season runs 16 episodes. Each one is 70 minutes, which adds up to 1,120 minutes of courtroom and boardroom drama. Episodes drop on Fridays and Saturdays, so your weekend plans are sorted through the run. Seo Min Jung directs. Choi Yoo Na wrote the scripts.

Now the fine print. Netflix will carry the series, but only in South Korea. Everywhere else, the drama streams on Rakuten Viki and Viu in supported territories. Season 1 was available on Apple TV, Wavve and Viki, so if you watched it outside Korea, check your usual apps before you assume anything has moved.
What happens to Eun-kyung
When the new season opens, the veteran divorce lawyer has left Law Firm Daejung. She has started her own boutique practice, Libom, and she’s its managing representative partner. Building a firm from nothing is grueling, and she’s still taking high-profile marital breakups that get messy and emotional.
She needs help, so she hires Kang Hye-seong, a sharp and very capable attorney. The two women don’t see eye to eye. Eun-kyung treats divorce as a business and a legal inevitability, and she handles it with clinical, objective precision. Hye-seong throws herself into each case with deep personal empathy and emotional investment. One lawyer keeps her distance and the other gets involved, and they now share an office and a client list. Expect the two approaches to collide.
Who’s back, who’s new
Three leads return: Jang Na Ra, P.O and Ji Seung Hyun. Three more names join them: Kim Hye-yoon and Park Hae Jin as leads, and Cha Yu Jin in a supporting role. Several of them already have a Netflix footprint, so here’s a quick tour of what to queue up while you wait.
Jang Na Ra is Eun-kyung again. She has never headlined a Netflix Original, but VIP and The Last Empress are on Netflix US. Her résumé also includes Taxi Driver season 3, My Happy Ending and Sell Your Haunted House.
P.O plays Jeon Eun Ho. He was recently in Netflix’s Teach You a Lesson, and Hotel Del Luna is on the service. His other K-drama credits include Mouse, More Than Friends and Encounter.

Ji Seung Hyun returns as Kim Ji Sang. His Netflix titles include The Good Detective, Hello Me, Svaha: The Sixth Finger and You Are My Spring. He has also led Korea-Khitan War, No Mercy and Do You Want to Eat.
The new faces are the main draw. Kim Hye-yoon plays Hye-seong, the empathetic hire. She appeared in Netflix’s No Tail to Tell and has led Lovely Runner, Snowdrop and Secret Royal Inspector & Joy. If Lovely Runner is why you’re here, you’re in good company.
Also joining as a lead is Park Hae Jin, who plays Park Tae Su. He hasn’t starred in a Netflix project yet. He has led The Killing Vote, Genesis and Forest, and Netflix carries My Love from the Star, Man to Man and Doctor Stranger.
In a supporting role, Cha Yu Jin plays Sim Hyeon Ju. You may know her from Netflix’s Hospital Playlist and Our Blues.
Where to watch it
If you’re in South Korea, Netflix and SBS both have the show. If you’re anywhere else, Rakuten Viki and Viu are where it will stream, in the territories they support. Mark November 20 on your calendar either way, because the season runs 16 episodes at two a week.
