“Broadway Records is strongly committed to the LGBTQIA+ community”, said Van Dean, President of Broadway Records. “We are so proud of our increasingly large LGBTQIA+ family of artists and staff. Plus, we are extremely honored to tell a broad variety of LGBTQIA+ stories (including The Color Purple, Indecent, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, A Strange Loop, and most recently, musicals in the popular Averno universe (Willow, Over and Out and this Friday’s release of Bittersummer).”
In celebration of these artists’ gifts to musical theatre, Broadway Records is proud to launch a special PRIDE SALE. Musical theatre fans can save 20% on a large collection of physical and digital recordings featuring LGBTQIA+ voices with promo code PRIDE throughout the entire month (June 1-June 30, 2021).
