Mother’s Day is a wonderful opportunity to get together, to show our gratitude and love to our dearest one. For Mother’s Day, make her your favorite dish (or order it if you don’t have time or you’re really bad at cooking) and make a “TV tray” like in the good old days. We’ve prepared a selection of movies featuring mothers.

      Otherhood

A grounded, soulful, celebratory comedy about three mothers and their adult sons. The film explores the stage after motherhood, Otherhood, when you have to redefine your relationship with your children, friends, spouse, and most importantly, yourself.

      Freaky Friday

An overworked mother and her daughter do not get along. When they switch bodies, each is forced to adapt to the other’s life for one freaky Friday.

      Bad Moms

When three overworked and under-appreciated moms are pushed beyond their limits, they ditch their conventional responsibilities for a jolt of long overdue freedom, fun and comedic self-indulgence.

      Laughing out Loud

When Lola’s boyfriend is unfaithful to her on his summer holiday, she dumps him and flirts with his best friend as punishment. But as their class prepares to leave on an excursion to London, the relationship heats up.

      Mamma Mia

Five years after the events of Mamma Mia! (2008), Sophie prepares for the grand reopening of the Hotel Bella Donna as she learns more about her mother’s past.
