This October, beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands are turning pink into purpose, supporting breast cancer research, early detection, patient care and the communities impacted by the disease.

October marks Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time that extends far beyond wearing pink. It’s an opportunity to encourage conversations around breast health and early detection, recognize survivors and those currently undergoing treatment, and raise critical funds for research and patient support.

This year, brands across beauty, fashion, wellness and lifestyle are finding meaningful ways to participate, from limited-edition products and special collaborations to initiatives that direct significant portions of proceeds toward organizations working year-round in breast cancer research, prevention and care.

At BELLO, we’ve rounded up some of the initiatives worth knowing about and supporting this October.

Laura Geller Beauty x Fran Drescher: Beauty With a Bigger Purpose

For Laura Geller Beauty, Breast Cancer Awareness Month is especially personal. Founder Laura Geller is herself a breast cancer survivor and has made advocacy for prevention and early detection an important part of her brand.

For 2026, Laura Geller has teamed up with actress and activist Fran Drescher and her Cancer Schmancer movement, an organization focused on prevention, early detection and changing the way we approach health care.

The limited-edition Cancer Schmancer Kit brings together three everyday beauty essentials in special pink packaging: The Wonder Balm Hydrating Blush, Jelly Balm Hydrating Lip Color and The Wonder Brush.

Throughout October, 50% of proceeds from the exclusive kit will benefit Cancer Schmancer, making this one beauty purchase with an impact well beyond the makeup bag.

Estée Lauder will donate 100% of the purchase price, up to $635,000, to BCRF from September 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, or while supplies last.

The brand has also dressed its iconic Advanced Night Repair Serum in a special Pink Horizon bottle, with 20% of its purchase price benefiting BCRF, up to a maximum donation of $288,000.

More Than a Month of Pink

Shopping alone will never define Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The bigger message remains education, early detection, research, access to care and support for the millions of people whose lives have been touched by breast cancer.

But when a product you already love or something you’ve had your eye on, can also direct meaningful funds toward research, patient services or prevention, October offers an opportunity to make those purchases count for something more.

Because ultimately, the most important trend this month isn’t a particular shade of pink. It’s showing up, starting conversations and supporting the organizations working toward a future where fewer lives are changed by breast cancer.
