MOTHER Lands in Beverly Hills With Its First-Ever Flagship Store

For 15 years, MOTHER has built a world around troublemakers, outsiders, California cool, and a little bit of disco. Now, that world finally has a home.
The Los Angeles-born brand has opened its first-ever standalone flagship at 351 N. Canon Drive in Beverly Hills, and aptly named it “The Big Boy.” But this is definitely more than your average retail space. Spanning 3,850 square feet, the new flagship feels part California living room, part glamorous clubhouse, and part cabinet of curiosities, designed as much for hanging out as it is for shopping.

Created to feel like “the kind of house you would have wanted to hang out in during your childhood,” the space mixes the warmth of a California home with the glamour and after-dark energy of old New York. Expect soft curves, unexpected rooms, boudoir-inspired pink fitting rooms, and plenty of details waiting to be discovered.
At the center is a dramatic conversation pit designed as a social hub, while the new MOTHER café serves coffee, matcha, and tea loaves inspired by European rest stops. There’s also a rotating Cabinet of Curiosities showcasing objects and inspirations from MOTHER’s creative world, plus custom embroidery services and exclusive pieces available only at the Beverly Hills location.

The flagship launches alongside MOTHER’s Fall 2026 collection, bringing together the full range of denim, ready-to-wear, outerwear, knits, and accessories, alongside limited-edition and Beverly Hills-only exclusives.
For a brand so deeply connected to Los Angeles, the location feels especially meaningful. More than 90% of MOTHER’s overall manufacturing takes place in LA, making The Big Boy another way for the brand to invest in the city that has shaped its identity from the beginning.
The opening is also a comeback moment. MOTHER’s first retail project in Pacific Palisades was lost in the California wildfires nearly two years ago, just days before it was set to open. Rather than let the idea go, the brand brought its vision back to life in Beverly Hills.

And this isn’t a flagship designed to simply sit still. Throughout its first month, MOTHER will host a rotating lineup of weekend happenings, community gatherings, and unexpected surprises, turning The Big Boy into a living extension of the brand.
Basically, MOTHER isn’t just inviting you to shop. They’re inviting you into their world.
