Lava Tech Turns Up the Heat at CES 2026

January 22, 2026 Marco Tolentino

The annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES), held January 6–9, transformed the Las Vegas Convention Center into a global showcase of cutting-edge technology. Drawing more than 148,000 attendees and 4,100 exhibitors, this year’s event highlighted major advancements in robotics, along with a growing emphasis on larger and more immersive screens for portable devices.

Asia has long maintained a presence at CES, but in 2026, the region truly made its mark. One of the most striking booths belonged to Lava Tech, a Hong Kong based company that encompasses several brands under one umbrella, all guided by a mission to create technology that feels genuinely human. The brand welcomed an impressive roster of guests, including Akon, Kelly Mi Li, Armani White, Michael Chadwick, Jesse Morales, and Chloe Veitch, as well as Esther Anaya, Mary Senn, Elaina Badro, Bernadina Lato, Corazon Ediza Ferris, Vanessa Curry, and David Christopher Lee, to name just a few.

Among Lava Tech’s most talked-about innovations was Lollipop Star a sweet-tech hybrid that captivated attendees. Far from a standard candy, this zero-sugar lollipop uses bone-conduction technology to let users hear music while enjoying the treat. “It’s not just a lollipop, it’s the carrier of the music,” said Sen Cai, CMO of Lollipop Star. Available in three flavors Tropical Blue Punch, Lime Sea Salt, and White Peach Strawberry Ice, the lollipop features tracks from Akon, Armani White, and Ice Spice. It’s a playful, multisensory experience that lets you taste, hear, and move to the rhythm all at once.

Another standout from Lava Tech was Staray, its line of futuristic 3D-printed shoes that combine bold design with eco-conscious production. Offered in a wide range of colors, the shoes are lightweight, soft, breathable, shock-absorbing, and easy to slip on, thanks to their lattice construction. The brand also turned heads with the Lynk Bracelet and Starta Ring, both equipped with 24/7 health tracking, sleep monitoring, and activity insights.

Additional brands under the Lava Tech umbrella further showcased the company’s breadth of innovation. OSO AI Earbuds can record, transcribe, and summarize conversations, while the OSO Panocore 360 AI Series Meeting Camera delivers full-room coverage with crystal-clear audio and real-time multilingual translation. Nuvy introduced a suite of beauty tech, including the Nuvy Straightener, an all-in-one styling tool designed to prevent heat damage; the Nova Shaver, a fast-charging, pain-free shaver with long-lasting battery life; and the Vorta Multi-Styler, a straightener-curler hybrid that smooths, shines, and tames flyaways using negative ions. Rounding out the lineup, Lavedge presented its stylish, ergonomic earphones, engineered for all-day comfort and immersive sound quality ideal for both meetings and music.

The growing presence of Asian brands at CES was one of the most notable trends this year, and it’s only expected to expand in the years ahead. If Lava Tech’s showcase is any indication, the future of tech and gadgets is set to be more innovative, stylish, and human-centered than ever.
