Ardross, a Castle Fir For for a Queen, King or a bunch of Traitors!
The Traitors (US and UK) is filmed in the nineteenth-century Ardross Castle, 25 miles north of Inverness in Scotland. Unfortunately this castle is not an hotel and is available for events, weddings and corporate parties only. Even tho it looks stunning in the summer, check out how stunning the castle look in the winter!
First of all if you haven’t seen “The Traitors”, make sure to catch up with the US and UK version asap. I am currently watching the Australian version (sadly not taking place at this castle but in a creepy looking Asylum style building) the format of the show is also a bit different so I am still unsure if I am enjoying it as much as the other franchises.
If like me when you saw the show you thought to yourself, I think I can move to Scotland. Then look no further. I have selected a couple of places that would fulfill your Scottish lifestyle cravings.

Living in a haunted castle in Scotland would be a thrilling and unnerving experience. Scotland is known for its many castles with ghost stories and legends attached to them, and living in one of these historic buildings would undoubtedly provide a spine-chilling atmosphere. Imagine hearing unexplained noises and footsteps echoing through the corridors at night, feeling cold spots and sudden gusts of wind, and catching glimpses of apparitions out of the corner of your eye. While the idea of living in a haunted castle may seem terrifying to some, for others it would be an opportunity to connect with the history and mystery of Scotland’s past.
