New York’s ‘Resonance’ Creates A Fund To Support Black Designers
In an effort to join the collective rise in support against the systemic racism that many individuals in communities of color experience, the New York-based fashion manufacturing company, Resonance, has created a new fund dedicated to handling the initial financial costs for ten black designers who have expressed interests in starting their own brand.
Resonance’s ‘Be Resonant’ fund includes both $50,000 dollars, and the full support of the Resonance manufacturing team—meaning they will help produce any and all products needed for your brand.
Applications for the chance to be one of the ten winning designers can be submitted today, June 8, and will be available online until the end of the month—with the winners being announced by July 1.
